I liked how in depth this program was and how well it did at describing the co-parenting personalities and gave examples of how they typically act. It also provided wonderful solutions on how to react to these. For example I recently videotaped a child exchange after an abusive interaction with my co-parent. After taking this program I am now educated on how this is frowned upon. I thought it was smart to "protect" myself by video taping the exchange but now know this is not a good idea.

I liked how the program gave categories on types of people so I could better understand my coparent. I also liked the information on Court proceedings and found it very helpful in dealing with things in court if it’s needed. I really liked the information on other professionals such as mediators and psychological advisors etc. Some of these resources were things I had never heard of and had I known I would have been inclined to utilize them from the beginning. I liked that the videos were emotionally relatable so I could see the faults very clearly by watching someone else

I like that they covered almost every basis of custody as far as new partners and BIFF was also very helpful. Definitely did teach me a lot of things about how to communicate as well!

I really like the parenting guidelines this program provides. Give me real-life applications to apply during and after divorce proceedings. also the forecast of the divorce proceedings. This is my first and hopefully, only divorce and now I can move forward with more confidence given my position. The skills this program teaches will serve beyond this divorce and improve the lives of not only mine but others around me. Grateful for this experience.

One of the couples in the videos appeared to be a real life couple. Training videos such as these can be extremely stale and unbelievable, and leave the viewer disengaged from the content. The more genuine the interaction, the more compelling the content.

The class was very thorough in the topics it addressed. The class also left room for situations that were impossible to work with and what to do. It was very educational and re-affirmed for myself that I have chosen the best path for the situation that I am in.

I liked the specific information on the many aspects of dealing with that high-conflict co-parents. Also, I really liked all of the examples shared throughout the course that had to do with how to respond using BIFF methods and how to better prepare yourself with flexible thinking, proposals and responses.

It was very informative and I liked how it was unbiased not in favor of either party other than children's best interest. Helped me think of ways I could have better reacted with my situation and how to use those skills in the future. I really like to see how the courts tend to work and what they look at. I wish I had known about this class before starting my custody case.

I have always blamed myself when the co- parent would yell and curse at me, but in certain situations, it is not always me. I liked learning to communicate, not engaging negative behavior when the other parent is angry - sometimes we both need a moment. Picking battles is always best, honestly, I wish I hadn't asked for a child support increase after taking this class.

I just liked all the information about high conflict issues that might possibly be in myself or my ex. It was really clear and precise as to what steps to take to avoid being a high conflict parent. I also liked how it explained the workings of a child's brain in relation to anxiety and conflicts around them.

It condenses all the issues (or most of them, at least) that I had to face through the years during and after my divorce. Many of the topics I have already worked through on my own and I wish I could take this class earlier, would make things much easier for my kid and everyone involved, including my wallet.
