Honestly this program was, at times, hard to get through. Talking about some difficult moments in my life hasn’t been easy. Discussing many issues that are currently ongoing have also been difficult. Overall, I am thankful for all the knowledge that’s provided throughout the courses. The example videos were very helping and relatable. The flexible thinking and BIFF responses I found to be extremely helpful techniques.

This course had a lot of information about a very broad set of challenges with co-parenting. This course was tailored toward divorce and separation, however, it was also relevant tenured co-parenting relationships.

What I liked about this program was the understanding of how difficult it could be at some point with the co-parent and how to control a lot with in yourself emotion because the co-parent behavior could be sometime out of control. Also I like the the different thinking about telling myself about flexible thinking or all or nothing also checking myself about certain situations.

I loved it, this was intended more to co-parent for his zero communication to me, however I learned several things about child development, how to work with a difficult co-parent, thinking long term, learning skills, conflict of schedules, proposals. Thank you all! There were also free links to further researching, I saved my notes.

The truth is, everything in this program is necessary at this moment for me, in my process. It explains in detail each topic and process that I will have in my life, but overall I really liked learning about the mediation, flexible thinking, moderate and extreme behaviors in each part, the parts of the brain and of what are in charge of, the BIFF messages, the way how to respond to each situation, in general everything left me amazed.

Thanks to this class I will remember more that I have to raise my daughters with these four great skills such as: flexible reasoning, controlled emotions, moderate behaviors and control, since they will be useful and necessary in any aspect of their life. I also liked knowing about all the help there is for these situations in life.
