I really liked how it talks about how to control emotions while dealing with a high conflict parent. It was also nice to know how to respond to the high conflict parent. I really liked how they talked about different scenarios that the children may go through with the parent. Also, how to be a "flexible thinker." Overall, I learned a lot from this program.

This program has taught me coping skills not only for myself but for my children too; and how to respond and communicate with my co-parent, prepared me for court dates and what to expect and what to do and what not to do.

Honestly this program was, at times, hard to get through. Talking about some difficult moments in my life hasn’t been easy. Discussing many issues that are currently ongoing have also been difficult. Overall, I am thankful for all the knowledge that’s provided throughout the courses. The example videos were very helping and relatable. The flexible thinking and BIFF responses I found to be extremely helpful techniques.
